Anadama loaves and rolls

 

Oxtail, mushroom and Idiazabal ravioli

 

Roast shallot custard

 

Escarole, black eyed peas, serrano ham, min, Idiazabal

 

Mussels, shrimp broth, bay leaf, Anadama rolls

 

Halibut, 'bourride', wax beans, chorizo, preserved blood orange, pimenton

 

Forgot to take a picture before we ate this course - foie gras, rosemary grits, pickled blueberry, and beef, raisin, and balsamic jus

 

Oxtail, mushroom and Idiazabal ravioli, beef consomme

 

For dessert we had profiteroles with salted caramel ice cream but forgot again to take a picture.
