Leftovers for lunch

This was my lunch a few minutes ago.  The steak was Erin’s leftover from dinner last night, as was most everything else (actually all the salad stuff was from last night, I just decided to merge the steak and the salad).

Celebrity Dairy goat cheese is the shit.  Don’t buy that bullshit at your local grocery store anymore (unless it happens to be Celebrity Dairy goat cheese).  Get in your car, come for a visit and pick their stuff up.  I hadn’t had goat cheese until I tried this stuff.

And the vinaigretty is pretty easy – roughly chop up half a shallot and put it in a blender along with some tarragon, a tbsp or so of honey, a quarter cup or so of balsamic vinaigrette.  Blend and slowly drizzle in 3/4 cup of veggie oil.  Season with salt and pepper.

I might have seconds.
