The dumbest thing since I’ve started working at the restaurant

Some time ago we hired one of the food runners to work in the kitchen on Sundays and Mondays as a prep cook to help ease the burden after Fridays and Saturdays.

Those being my days off I never worked with the guy, but I heard some things about his work.

Well, on Monday night he was told to store the ice cream downstairs.

Where do you think he stored it?  Where is ice cream normally stored?  For some reason he opted against putting it in the freezer (as common sense might suggest) and instead put it in the walk-in cooler.

Yesterday he was fired and today we have to make more ice cream.
