Churro town

Tonight at work I made roughly 200 churros for some catering event tomorrow morning, which really wasn’t as bad as it may seem.

The only problem is that our freezer is no bigger than the chest freezer things you can buy for your home, so storage nearly became a big issue (I’m not making this up, this is what we have to work with), not to mention the fact that those things don’t get as cold as professional equipment. 

Other than that work was pretty uneventful.  The patio opened due to a freak 60 degree day in Chicago.  I’m not really sure who the hell would want to sit out on Milwaukee Ave with all the traffic and exhaust, but when I left work there were two drunk women sitting out there sipping on their sangria.
